Good selection of free (largely public domain) and purchased texts. Available for PC, Apple Mac, iPad and iPhone. (I have not tried the Apple versions.) No login needed for PC version.

Commentaries (Keil & Delitzch, Matthew Henry, Biblical Illustrator, others)
Dictionaries (International Standard Bible Encyclopedia, Nave’s Topical Bible, etc.)
Others: Schaff History of the Christian Church, Calvin Institutes, Edersheim Life and Times of Jesus the Messiah, works by Tozer, Bounds and Murray, etc.

Large and growing selection of texts, mostly purchased, but some good free resources and periodic sales. Available for PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android and Kindle Fire. Requires an account.

Others: biographies by J. Piper, works by R.C. Sproul, Chesterton Orthodoxy, etc.
FaithLife Ebooks (https://ebooks.faithlife.com)
Very large selection (over 30,000) of Christian ebooks; integrates with Logos Bible Software. Mostly for purchase; periodic good sales. Available for PC, Apple, Android. Requires an account. Good for phones or tablets; less powerful than full Logos app for computer.
Logos Bible Software (www.logos.com)
Integrates with Faithlife Ebooks above; resources can be shared between platforms. Tends to be quite expensive, but due to its huge selection of resources and powerful research options, is excellent for academic use.
YouVersion Bible App
Bible reading in various versions and many languages, as well as devotional materials and reading programs. Audio is also available. Free.
Bible Project (www.thebibleproject.com)
Videos giving an overview of almost all the books of the Bible, explaining how they relate to the overall picture of Scripture. Also available on YouTube. Free.
